The mess of greasy food

So first I would like to apologize for not posting in a long while. Let me start off by saying this I now have the time to post every week, which day I am not completely sure about.  Without further ado, I am mizzninja aka _annjelique_(on social media).

My parents now live in different states, no not a divorce I am just an illegitimate child(informal term bastard).
Due to my parents living in different states and one home has a conflict on eating healthy. I stayed in Indiana for about 2 months with my father that is confused about how to cook chicken. Not should I bake or saute, but how should I make it so it's not burnt or pink. Guys, there is no in-between when it comes to my fathers cooking. Therefore I did the majority of the cooking.
With my fathers' contributions on him buying fruits and vegetables, chicken and fish. My body was happy it became easy to not feel tired all the time. For two months I did not have any fried food. Any oil I consumed was olive oil unless I ate some pizza.

Now two months later and I am back at the household where double frying is a joy and grease injuries are standard. I have eaten at least 5 times the amount of meat than I did back in Indiana. Reminder I got at my mothers home a month ago. We have had about 4 fried meals, not to mention the husband has barbequed 3 times.
Why am I even telling this story...
The second time he fried I got so sick, did I ever vomit no I took some tumtums. I didn't think "Oh, mizzninja your body is not used to fried food anymore and you are not on vacation."
I just ate chicken from last night and I DO NOT know why I did but I just threw up. Yes, it was fried and I am still suffering the repercussions of my body rejecting food. I am now going to listen to my body and I cannot control what is being bought for the fridge so I will be going to bed hungry or eating PB&J.

My adivce is to listen to your body and don't eat greasy food every week/day. Frying food is not a luxury, it is a divice to help you develop a larger risk for diabetes and heart disease. I am not a doctor!  If you want more on this topic then let me know and I will do the research for you. But if not (this is not sponsored) I found that TIME has an article for you. click here
