Thank You, Next -Ms. Grande

Hey guys if you haven't heard Ariana Grande's new song all about her ex's.  It is so amazing and relatable. Before we get into things lets have a moment for Mac M.

Now she talks about all of her ex's which is something all of us do.  But what she's says is that she knows that none of those guys are the one for her. That's something all of us have to own up to. It is 100 present okay to say 'I'm sorry but this has turned into a oneway relationship and I cannot hurt you any longer by not telling you this.' 

It is never that simple but I love the confidence that Ms.Grande is storing into all of her fans and radio listeners. I think we should all take the time to cut off people who are unhealthy for us. I have the hardest time saying "No." and if I do it comes with a plate full of sorry. You should never feel obligated to stay someone just so then they can have a good time. Think about yourself for five minuets and ask yourself. 

Is this healthy for me? 

Why am I doing this? ect. 

If you have to go through the process of thinking should I be in this relationship, more than likely you shouldn't be in the relationship.
