Second (update con't)

So where did we leave off? 

Yes, with advice to follow your gut. And that I am going to be a transfer[ed/ing], college student. 

So Second...

I started my own business on Etsy. I hope that it can grow into something bigger. I also have released some music. Which one to talk about first....

Music

    So I write songs and I released an EP and my recording is not that great and that's okay. Before I was 17 trying to get everything perfect. But I have no clue what makes a good song especially since my production skills are at a negative zero. I want to go back and change them but I am not going to. 

Why not it's yours to make it how you want it?!!

Well friends I have been holding on to these songs for almost three years now. If I did not get it out I felt that I would be holding myself back. Plus everyone has a flop. Although I am proud of my work and people listened to it, I can acknowledge that it was not my best work. I know that in the future I will get better at it and who knows maybe go on tour someday. 

Now my Shop 

I sell wax melts. 

Why wax melts? 

Well, I'll tell you why. Once upon a time...lol. 

I have wanted to open up a sticker shop but I cannot draw. I can sing though which balances out everything. If there was one thing that I would spend all of my money on(except for clothes) it would be candles. I have spent my whole paycheck on candles. Then it came to me if we cannot draw we definitely have a nose. 

So, I have created scents for this entire year and I am ready to sell. Not all of the scents are out yet, but I did get my first two sales. Exciting right. 

Honestly, I thought that I would have to be on Etsy for a full month before I made a sale. And there are so many click bate youtube videos. "I made 6000 my first month on Etsy". 

Yeah right *eye roll*

More like they bought 3000 dollars in ads and made 2500 dollars in revenue so what should the title say "I made 500 my first month on Etsy"

It's more real and personal. Anyways I will be updating you on how my shop is doing if you want any advice on how to start one just email. :)
