BV
Okay, so this is personal...
I have struggled with BV for a while and although there could be other reasons as to why it started I have only one way of ending it which is fluoride-free water. This includes Core and Evian. I went on a trip to Europe and I was cured. At least I thought.
I am no doctor and I don’t have my own lab so I cannot run any test.
But when flying on the airplane there the constant discharge went away. And there is a difference between normal discharge and none at all. A lady(anyone with a period. I don’t know about men) is supposed to have a regular discharge because our bodies clean themselves. How’s that for a superpower?
Anyways the discharge did have a smell but it wasn’t fishy like all of the magazines would say. All of my doctors had no clue how to get rid of it. You know the antibodies routine. Then they had me on probiotics that didn’t work. They said eat yogurt which only helped when I ate it every day. Not a primary solution to a problem.
Back to my “cure”. So I did so digging and America allows a lot more stuff in the water then they should. Here in America cities states can set a fluoride percentage in the water. And with this, they often up the fluoride that is in the filter ration process. With the research that I’ve done, I haven’t been able to find anything that links BV. to fluoride. No America allows fluoride in our filtration system because of teeth and when you look up how is fluoride good and bad. All that’s bad is “linked to many medical problems”.
Weird.
The water that I drink doesn’t have fluoride. So my conclusion was that my body had too much fluoride or maybe my body is just sensitive to it. When I changed to drinking only one type of water it went away completely. I was(am) free. I don’t think that this is the full solution because whenever I stop drinking water it comes back. Now that could mean that the water is giving me something more that I needed or is filtering out something in my body.
BV can be caused by sex. Which is something everyone goes to first. It can also be caused by the imbalance of hormones or just something as simple as how you feed your body.

There will be a part two to some other lady things but until then...
